We use premium, reinforced record mailers and add extra padding to prevent corner dings and warping. All orders are packed by music enthusiasts who understand the importance of mint condition.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened vinyl or CDs for 'change of mind' reasons.
