At Sonic Boom Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure Your Media
Carefully pack the record or CD in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it is not further damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement copy.
